What brought me here
  1. 1

    Midwife since 2009

Across the entire DACH region, from university hospital to private clinic. I saw hospital work from the inside and learned to carry people through decisive moments.

  2. 2

    AirBerry GmbH, co-founder and COO

Founded alongside midwifery, Industrial Networks as a Service. Bootstrapped to 2 million ARR and sold to a strategic buyer.

  3. 3

Hirslanden Switzerland, ward lead + IT change HIT2020

Operational hospital reality and top-down transformation in one role. Exactly that combination carries my brand today.

  4. 4

AirZen Networks Lda., co-founder since 2021

Three platforms from Madeira for managed WiFi. Clients in hospitality, banking and enterprise. I run operations, sales and accounts.

  5. 5

    AI Academy today

Trainer, advisor and speaker for AI transformation. Workshops and programs for staff, managers and board members.

“You don’t get AI knowledge that ages fast. You get a team that masters AI on its own work.”

I have been a midwife since 2009. I learned what it means to carry someone through a moment where the old world no longer fits and the new one is not yet here. AI transformation in your company is exactly such a moment. My job is not to tell you how to do it, but for you to find out yourselves, with someone at your side who knows the pattern.

What becomes possible

Imagine AI runs in your company as easily as a conversation.

  • Ask your company

Ask your question by voice and get an answer from your own data, instead of searching yourself.

  • On your own servers

Data sovereignty, not a blind flight: your inputs stay with you and train no foreign models.

  • Productive from day one

On your tasks, not on slides. What you build in the workshop, you use the next day, and it scales in-house.

Ask your company
Where are we losing time and money right now?
In quoting: three tools, duplicate entries. The biggest lever this week, with an example from your data.
Ask by voice, inside your own system.
